Playdogz sets, both leashes and harnesses, are machine washable at 40°; it is recommended to soak them in cold water + white vinegar before the first wash (in order to fix the colors) and to place them in a protective net so as not to damage the butcher's shop.

The harnesses are reinforced with iron-on interfacing, ironing them after washing will restore their initial shape and rigidity.

It is possible that dust or grains of sand are blocking the mechanism of the carabiner of your leash; to solve this, rinse it in clear water which will evacuate the foreign body and let it dry. You can also inject a little universal lubricant into the notch of the carabiner so that the mechanism slides better when opening and closing the carabiner.

2. Create a new question/answer or edit an existing one.

3. In the response text box, click the Video, Image or GIF icon.

4. Add the media from your library and save.
